Jimevie started her HR career in the hospitality industry last August 2014. She was affiliated with some luxury brands like The Ritz Carlton, Banyan Tree, and Sofitel hotels, to name a few. Worked with different nationalities which hones her capabilities and skills as an effective HR professional.

Came 2021, Jimevie joined EliteInsure Ltd as an HR Assistant/Recruiter. Working closely with the HR Manager in creating and updating the department’s policies and procedures as well as other processes. She was promoted into an HR Generalist after a year, which gives her more responsibilities and continues to be consistent and a great help to the team. She is currently in-charge of the payroll processing and other HR internal operations.

She believes that every day is a learning process. She is continuously learning and acquiring more knowledge to perform her job well and to understand the needs of her co-contractors. She is inspired by each little appreciation she receives.
